With Master's degrees in Physics & Education, and a vision to develop enthusiasm for physics, our physics mentor, Mr. Roger Vivian Gill (a.k.a "Physics Guruji"), has always been the one who realizes that among the most valued and significant roles of a science teacher is to help a student understand a body of information and the processes of scientific investigation. He derives great pleasure when students truly comprehend a concept or principle and appreciates the role scientific inquiry had in its development. He is an enthusiastic educator who is able to make complex physics concepts accessible and interesting to students.

He has been awarded "Margdarshak Adhyapak Puraskar" by the Council of Science & Technology, Govt. of UP, for his contributions to the field of teaching physics. He has also received recognition from Ministry of Human Resource & Development, Govt. of India & many other educational bodies, for his contributions to the field of physics teaching.

Being a tech enthusiast & a believer in education for all, he started an online teaching platform by the name of "PHYSICS GURUJI" on YouTube, where free lectures for understanding physics are provided to students for free.
His enthusiasm for the subject can be seen in his lectures and the way of teaching. Keeping students engaged for hours on end, and developing root concepts, are the key traits of a good teacher.
